COVID-19 Vaccines Available
Creek Valley Health Clinic is now offering COVID-19 vaccines to all individuals over the age of 18.
On March 24, 2021, Utah Governor Spencer Cox announced that COVID-19 vaccines are now available to all residents 16 and over. On March 26, 2021, Arizona Governor Doug Ducey announced that COVID-19 vaccines are available to all residents 18 and older.
The news comes after an estimated 160 million Americans have received at least one dose of the vaccine and an estimated 18% of the population have been fully vaccinated, according to the NPR and CDC websites.
Creek Valley Health Clinic is currently only offering the Moderna vaccine, which requires two doses and a minimum age of 18. We administer the vaccines on Wednesdays. Though you do not need to be an Arizona resident to receive your vaccine here, we do require that you receive both doses with us. We will schedule your second dose with us after you receive your first dose, between 28-42 days apart.
