Chief Executive Officer
Hunter Adams has a Master’s in Business Administration from WGU, and the most valuable thing he learned during his education was to view every situation as a problem that needs to be solved. His favorite hobby is playing sports including basketball, baseball, pickle-ball, and volleyball. Hunter is married with one child and a toy poodle. He is passionate about family, health, and education. A fun fact about Hunter is that he had a traumatic brain injury when he was 16 that led to his passion for healthcare.
Dr. Benjamin Williams, DO
Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Benjamin Williams said the most valuable thing he learned from his education is that good people are everywhere. Dr. Williams is married with 4 children, 3 cats, and 1 golden retriever. His favorite travel destination is the mountains, and he enjoys mountain biking. Dr. Williams is extremely passionate about high quality coffee and pumpkin spice. A fun fact about Dr. Williams is that he is 3/4ths Canadian.
Director of Quality and Compliance
JoAnne has a Master’s of Business Administration, Health Care Management and has a desire to serve and build the community she lives in. She loves adventuring in her jeep, spending time with loved ones, and reading on her days off. She is married and has a daughter and a baby boy on the way. She volunteers at the local academy teaching Algebra Two, and has a deep bond with her family. JoAnne’s most valuable lesson from her education is: “The time that it takes to finish your degree will pass by anyway. So muster up whatever grit you need, soak up the learning experience and make the sacrifices to get through your schooling. You will never regret it and you’ll be finished before you know it. “
Dr. Danny Worwood, MD
Family Practice Physician
Dr. Danny Warwood started his career as an Army Medic. The most valuable lesson he learned throughout his 23 years of education is that we will never know everything. Danny’s favorite hobbies are gardening, yardwork, being outdoors, and woodworking. He has been married for 38 years and has 4 children. Danny is passionate about his grandchildren and wants them to build happy memories. A fun fact about Danny is that he is obsessed with Survivor (the tv show) and has applied to be on the show!
Joanne Yarrish, CNM, FNP
Family Nurse Practitioner, Nurse Midwife
Joanne Yarish believes education is deeply important to be a well-rounded person. Joanne has traveled all over the world, and her favorite places were Egypt and Istanbul. Her favorite hobby is golf. She has two children, one cat, one dog, and is newly married. Joanne is passionate about providing quality prenatal care and helping women over 40 to feel better and have better lives. A fun fact about Joanne is that she has delivered over one thousand babies.
Nathan Barlow, PA-C
Physician Assistant - Certified
Nathan Barlow was born and raised in the Short Creek area. He is a physicians assistant at Creek Valley and felt like healthcare has been a calling since childhood. Nathan has 3 children, 1 dog, and a wife of 9 years. His favorite hobbies are photography and mountain biking. He was a volunteer firefighter for 10 years and believes that we all have more in common than different. A fun fact about Nathan is that he took all of the photos hanging throughout the clinic.
Ari Mendez, LCSW
Ari Mendez was born in Guatemala and now resides in Utah. He is a behavioral therapist at Creek Valley and is very passionate about mental and physical health. Ari has 5 children and loves spending time traveling, reading, and hiking, A fun fact about Ari is that when he came here to United States his senior year, he joined the swim team; at the end of the swim season, he was awarded the most inspirational swimmer award, not because he was a good swimmer, but because he did not give up even though he was a bad swimmer.
Ange Johnson, MSN, RN
Ange Johnson was born in Creston BC Canada. She has a Master’s of Science in Nursing and is currently the Clinic Manager at Creek Valley. She is extremely passionate about providing education and resources to the community. In her free time, Ange likes to spend time in nature and do crafting projects. Ange has a husband of 18 years, 2 boys, 2 dogs, and a baby on the way. The most valuable lesson she has ever learned is: “The more you learn, the more you realize how much you don’t know.”
Sue Wilkey, DNP, RN
Sue Wilkeyis has a doctorate degree in nursing. The greatest lesson she learned in her education is that learning is up to the individual. She loves to bake and garden. Sue is married with 4 children and 5 grandchildren. A fun fact about Sue is that she lifts weight twice a week but can’t figure out how to do a clean correctly.
Sharon Green was born in Texas, but now resides in Utah. Her favorite hobby is traveling and she is passionate about the Cowboys Football team. She is married with 3 children and one toy poodle. A fun fact about Sharon is that she rides a Harley and was president of a woman’s motorcycle club.
Medical Assistant Supervisor
Maria Aguiar said the most valuable thing she has learned in her educational career is to always work hard to reach your goals. She loves the outdoors and spending time with her family as well as visiting Mexico to see her family. She is married with two daughters and enjoys karaoke with her family. Maria is very passionate about enjoying every moment and living life to the fullest.
Front Office Supervisor
Mardi Holm has a degree in Healthcare Management and was drawn to healthcare because she loves being able to help people have a great healthcare experience. Her favorite hobby is playing sports and being outdoors. Mardi has 4 children and 2 cats. She is passionate about her family, her job, and showing kindness to all. Mardi is very involved with her community by volunteering to coach community sport and helping with community events.
Mary Darger was drawn to healthcare after watching her sister become an RN and was inspired to follow the same path. The most valuable lesson she has learned in her educational career is that persistence pays off and that if you want something bad enough, you will go for it. Mary has two children, chickens, a cat, and a hamster and she is passionate about making the world better for humans, especially her children.
Shem Hammon is currently attending Mohave Community College in their paramedic program. He was drawn to healthcare by the EMS and Fire department. Shem enjoys fishing and mountain biking. The most valuable lesson he has learned in his educational career is that good common sense is your most valuable asset.
Susan Naylor has completed her undergraduate at Mohave Community College, and is now attending Dixie State University. She was drawn to healthcare because she wanted to help others after watching the healthcare workers help her dad when he had brain cancer. Susan loves spending quality time outdoors with her family. She is passionate about serving others and believes if you put your mind to something you can accomplish it. A fun fact about Susan is that she started college at the age of 16 and is working to become a nurse.
Patient Service Representative
Roselie Crooks was born in Las Vegas, Nevada and now lives in Hildale, Utah. She has gone to college at MCC and wants to continue her education, particularly in becoming an ultrasound technician. The best thing she has learned in her education is to not give up. Roselie has 2 children and three dogs. Her favorite hobby is volleyball and she is passionate about her kids and her work.
Patient Service Representative
Krista Holm is very interested in how the human body works. She is currently in school pursuing a career in Physical Therapy. She has volunteered at St. George Rehab in the therapy department. In her free time she enjoys playing volleyball and hanging out with her family. Krista has a feisty golden retriever and shih tzu. Her most valuable lesson from her education has been learning to not give up even when she has 14 exams in 2 days.
Patient Service Representative
Mellissa Burnham was drawn to healthcare to help others. In her down time, she enjoys shopping. The most valuable lesson Mellissa has learned in her education is that time is short and to not take it for granted.
Care Coordinator and Case Manager
Sandra Taylor was born in California and now lives in Utah. She is a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and is currently working on an MSW from the University of Utah. She was drawn to healthcare after watching the physical decline of her mother with dementia. She wanted to understand the illness and became passionate about increasing her knowledge of the healthcare industry. She has 4 sons, a husband, a dog, and a family salamander. Sandra volunteers at her community church, loves spending time with her sons, enjoys getting out in nature and gardening, and likes painting wooden crafts. A fun fact about Sandra is that she is bilingual in English and Spanish and has been published in the DSU Institute for Social Research as part of a research team at DSU.The most valuable lesson she has learned is, “Our mental health feeds one’s physical health. That every person deserves respect and compassion. Every person should have the most up to date medical information in order to make the best-informed decision for themselves. “
Elizabeth Dutson is a lab courier for Creek Valley. Her favorite hobby is baking and she loves to travel to places that are green with lots of mountains and trees. She has 3 children and pet cats. A fun fact about Elizabeth is that she graduated from pastry school!
Custodial and Maintenance
Christel Barlow was born and raised in Hildale, Utah. She was drawn to healthcare because of the friendly environment and the opportunity to help others. Throughout her life, the best lesson she ever learned is that education never ends. She has been married for 37 years and has had 12 children. Christel’s favorite pastime is sewing and she is passionate about her kid’s mental health. A fun fact about Christel is that she has 31 siblings.
Custodial and Maintenance
Katelyn Dutson was born in Sandy, Utah. Her favorite hobby is reading and her favorite travel destination is San Francisco. Katelyn is extremely passionate about her family.
