Creek Valley Health Clinic exists to make our community strong, empowered, and healthy. We deliver healthcare services, health education, and vital resources to all residents, regardless of ability to pay.
As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, we're governed by a Board of Directors made up of individuals who live and work right here in the Creek Valley area. We operate with a Program 330 grant and participate in the national Health Center Program under the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA).
What does this mean for you? As a federally qualified health center, we reduce barriers to healthcare. Cost, lack of insurance, distance, and language should never stand between you and the care you need.
