Patient Service Representatives are the first point of contact with patients as they check into appointments. They work as a front desk customer-service agent and are responsible for written and verbal correspondence, scheduling, collecting co-payments, maintaining patient charts, verifying insurance coverage, and ensuring overall patient satisfaction. Patient service representatives may have the opportunity be cross-trained as medical assistants.

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker is responsible for the diagnosis, treatment, and maintenance of a diverse behavioral health and/or medical population, utilizing an integrated behavioral health approach through working collaboratively with primary care providers. They may perform psychosocial assessments, develop and implement plans of care appropriate care team, assess crisis situations to appropriately provide needed resources and or referrals for the patient, and provide family and individual treatment as indicated. This position works collaboratively with patients, patient's significant other, families, healthcare providers, insurers, community resources, and all other involved parties.

Dental Assistants educate patients about procedures and dental maintenance, give instructions for oral care, order x-rays and other scans and reach out to patients about scheduling routine appointments. They set up dental exam tables, assist during cleanings and fillings and hold dental instruments like suction tubs and mirrors while the Dentist or Hygienist works. Dental Assistants also keep track of administrative duties like scheduling patients, stocking supplies and billing patients or insurance providers.
