  • This position provides information and assistance to individuals and families as they access resources related to Medicaid, Medicare, CHIP, and other government-sponsored programs. This position reviews applications, and may counsel and advocate for individuals and families as they access these resources. This position will also perform tasks related to outreach efforts, informing and educating the community on Creek Valley Health Clinic services and relationships with other healthcare organizations.

  • The core duties and responsibilities of the executive assistant revolve around supporting the executive and administrative team of the organization. Duties vary widely from job to job and month to month. Basic functions include project-based work, outreach and community engagement, auditing process and process improvement, professional writing, coordination of clinic activities and events, and other tasks.

  • Patient Service Representatives are the first point of contact with patients as they check into appointments. They work as a front desk customer-service agent and are responsible for written and verbal correspondence, scheduling, collecting co-payments, maintaining patient charts, verifying insurance coverage, and ensuring overall patient satisfaction. Patient service representatives may have the opportunity be cross-trained as medical assistants.

  • Reporting under licensed physicians, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners - the Medical Assistant performs routine clinical and clerical tasks within the clinic. They assist physicians and other practitioners to provide quality patient care efficiently and cost effectively.

  • The General Maintenance / Landscaper is responsible for general upkeep and grounds keeping of the clinic. This position will be in charge of keeping the building and grounds looking clean and maintaining a safe environment for staff and patients. This position requires knowledge of general land landscaping, and will work collaboratively with other staff to perform tasks needed to improve the building and work spaces. This position may be flexible – working 5-10 hours over 2-4 business days. Duties include lawn mowing, edging / trimming, spraying and pulling weeds, shoveling snow, and/or other grounds keeping needs.
