Financial Reports

We have a responsibility to our community and our donors to ensure long-term financial sustainability of our organization

Being an IRS designated 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, we submit our annual Form 990 as required by law. 

Our organization is supported by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) as part of a federal with a base amount of $650,000 per year with approximately 70% of our revenues from non-governmental sources. For more information, please visit HRSA.gov.

This health center receives HHS funding and has Federal PHS deemed status with respect to certain health or health-related claims, including medical malpractice claims paid for through the Federal Tort Claims Act, for itself and its covered individuals.
